Ag999 Terms & Conditions — Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing the ag999 platform or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. ag999 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

To register on the ag999 platform and use its services, the user must be 18 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited and parents or guardians bear responsibility in this regard. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be terminated at any time. Each user may only create one account, and creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account or security breach should be reported to our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your account, unless you have reported the breach in a timely manner. Sharing your login details with a third party is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions. ag999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi BDT and completed using applicable payment methods. Funds must be sent from your own account only — deposits from third-party accounts or in someone else's name are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests go through a verification process and may take some time to complete. ag999 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals, which will be displayed on the platform. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform is not permitted. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if such activity is suspected. Any attempt to exploit a system error for unfair advantage will result in the immediate termination of that account. ag999 reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates these rules.

All content on the ag999 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected under ag999's own intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is not permitted. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is prohibited. ag999 is able to take appropriate legal action in the event of intellectual property infringement. All trademarks and brand elements are the exclusive property of ag999.

The ag999 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. ag999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connectivity. Any financial loss resulting from the user's own actions is entirely the user's responsibility. If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. ag999 is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites or services.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. ag999 also reserves the right to terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions. In the event of account closure, the return of any unused balance will be subject to a verification process and the applicable policies will be followed. Clauses relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution shall remain in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
